November 15, English 7 Review

Enjoy the wonderful work of English 7.

Interactive Student Notebook entries: note taking from videos (pg. 57) and illustration that demonstrates an understanding of Anne Frank's short life (pg. 56),

Group Work: Students worked together with a historical document, their ISN's, and Google to create a diary entry from Anne Frank's point of view. Each group was given a diary entry starter;

Group 1: "The dusty, old book was just sitting there, begging to be read." with key dates and Kristallnacht historical document.

Group 2: "The train was late today, and it was always early." with a map of concentration camps, and railroads leading to Auschwitz historical document.

Group 3: "The floorboard creaked." and a map of the floor plan and cut out of the secret annex historical document.
